Celebrity mom, Jenny McCarthy, and her husband, Jim Carrey, have talking about their oncoming status as celebrity grandma and grandpa.  Jenny’s 37 and Jim’s 48, and in a few weeks Jim’s daughter, who’s 22-years-old, Jane, is due to give birth in the beginning of March.

Jane is from Jim’s marriage to Melissa Womer.  Jim’s current wife, Jenny McCarthy, is the mother to the celebrity couple’s seven and a half year-old son Evan.

Jenny McCarthy has been saying that she’s really looking forward to the grandma label, saying:

“I’m really excited. I think I’m gonna rock as a grandma.”

We love that she’s still trying to be that quirky character even though she’s out of the spotlight.

Jenny McCarthy has a close relationship to Jim’s daughter Jane.  The actress and Playboy model said that Jim’s daughter asks her for advice, saying:

“She called me up saying, ‘Can I take Tylenol?’ We have an awesome relationship. I consider her my daughter.”

Jenny McCarthy would be of course, the youngest grandmother in Hollywood and says that she only offers advice when asked:

“Mother-in-laws can get annoying once you have a baby because they’re trying to tell you how to raise your baby, and I don’t like anyone telling me how to raise my baby. So I have to learn how to just stay out of it and keep my mouth shut and only give advice when needed. I think that’s what makes a cool grandma – to shut up!”

Indeed Jennifer, indeed!  We wonder what Jim Carrey has to say about all of this?
