Celebrity mom Katherine Heigl says that full-time mothering is in her future, even if her gig with Seattle Grace is totally over. She plans on spending mega time with her celebrity daughter:
“I think I’m just gonna try and keep it a little more mellow…and be a little bit more of a mom, since that’s a big part of my life now.”

Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley skipped pregnancy (labor, stretch marks, extra weight, and everything else) by adopting daughter Naleigh from South Korea in September of 2009.
What are Katherine Heigl’s other plans? Is she leaving Grey’s Anatomy? Nothing is set in stone yet with Katherine’s Hollywood future. There’s some whispering going around that she is indeed done with Grey’s Anatomy, especially since being totally gone from ABC for 3 months (maternity leave).
At last Thursday in Las Vegas’s ShoWest convention, accepting an award for Female Star Of The Year, the star said the following:
“I took those 3 months off and I realized how very, very important is my family is to me and I want to be more available to them.”
The Hollywood mom continues by saying that her family “is wonderful…They’re the icing on the cake.” Indeed Katherine Heigl, indeed!
