First she would need a baby-daddy as famous and glamorous as Brad Pitt, and while musician Josh Kelley is a stud, he just doesn’t have the paparazzi-appeal the Brad Pitt has, all of which make “Brangelina” the tabloid-friendly family it is… And then, we just can’t imagine Katherine Heigl wanting a celebrity family so diverse and large, but who knows? We bring this to you because word on the street (Hollywood Blvd being the street), is that the Grey’s Anatomy star, Katherine Heigl and the husband, who’ve been married for a year, may be planning to adopt a child.
Katherine Heigl, may want to compete with Angelina Jolie, as she has been quoted saying that she has “great aspirations of having a big family” with her hubby. But big is relative, now isn’t it?

It all makes sense, by adopting instead of becoming pregnant, Katherine avoids interrupting a career that as of late, is red hot. No stretch marks to get rid of, no losing weight and very little maternity leave with adoption. All of which puts the following Heigl quote at the Peter Alexander Flagship Boutique Grand Opening and Benefit recently into context, “a little afraid of saying that out loud” because she “might have one or two [children] and call it a day.” Katherine later added, “I get tired easily!”
