Actress and celebrity mom, Vanessa Williams was recently spotted at Boa Steakhouse with her 10-year-old daughter Sasha Fox. The two decided to go out and enjoy each others company without the boys there, a.k.a girl’s night out.
The gorgeous 47-year-old famous mother, is going to be the new character on the hit series Desperate housewives this upcoming season.
Vanessa Williams used to be on one of our favorite television shows, Ugly Betty, however she is excited about her new role.
Vanessa shared that deciding to do Desperate Housewives was unexpected:
“The day I met Marc [Cherry, Desperate Housewives creator], I thought it was just a general meeting…But I sat down and he said, ‘Listen, Steve McPherson would love you to join our cast. Do you watch the show? Would you be interested? If so, we’ll come up with a character together’.” “I said, ‘Wow, let me think about it’. Then we talked about Broadway for the rest of the meeting, and when we left, he said, ‘I’ll have the agents get into it’. And it was done in four days. It was the fastest deal ever.”
Vanessa Williams has also been keeping her schedule busy by being a celebrity mother of four. We wonder how the former cover girl dealt with her post-pregnancy body and the stretch mark removal?
